Villa Reservation Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms:
1. For villa bookings/reservations made more than 60 days prior to arrival (D-Day), a 50% deposit payment must be transferred, with the remaining balance to be paid in full no later than 30 - 45 days prior to arrival (D-Day).
2. For villa bookings/reservations made 60 days or less before the arrival date (D-Day), full payment must be made via bank transfer.

After making the payment, we will send you a Confirmation Letter containing the booking details, villa name, address, and location as proof that you have booked the villa and that we have received your payment. The Confirmation Letter will be sent via WhatsApp in PDF format.
Cancellation Policy:
1. All payments are non-refundable.
2. All bookings are non-reschedulable within 30 - 60 days of check-in.
3. Reschedule allowed, only for urgent circumstances. Supporting document is required.
4. Failure to complete payment by the due date or failure to check in will result in forfeiture of all paid funds.
If a genuine force majeure or extreme circumstance occurs such as immediate family bereavement, natural disasters, severe illness, or immigration/visa issues, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a date change or last-minute cancellation, subject to availability. However, changes from personal travel adjustments, airline delays, or flight cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling.
