Beautiful Place. Good for Family of 12 . It's spacious. Love the lay out, the living rooms for family to spent time together, and had also a great meals at the huge dining table. Nice Rooms and clean. Love it.

This is a place you want to go back to again. Great place to spend with family and friends.
It’s in a quiet location, looking over the fields. You can walk over to the nearby hotel for great breakfast, lunch, drinks and spa. You can also get your taxi to Ubud town (around 20 mins depending on traffic) from the hotel’s reception.
The host is very responsive. She would ask me the day before when it’s good time to clean the rooms. I personally find the service amazing. She was also very flexible with our check in/out times too.

The pictures didn't do any justice the villas where beautiful ,clean and private, The host was very helpful and reliable and very responsive I would definitely recommend and stay again when I come back to visit Bali, and I love that all the villa are separate and private everybody has there own private room and bathroom, I love the place

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000
• Maximum 12 people
• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables

• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
