the villa is very nice, the facilities are complete and clean, the host is responsive and solution-oriented if there are any problems, access to the villa is quite dark and the road is very narrow but it can still be accessed by medium-sized cars. thanks

Our stay at this villa was exceptional. The villa is unreal! Beautifully decorated, clean throughout and has a well kept stunning outdoor area with a great pool! Big thank you to Agus who was our host and made our stay go smoothly, he’s very friendly and professional. He arranged a floating breakfast and a private chef for dinner which both went perfectly and the food was delicious. Especially the Balinese BBQ, the chefs were very talented and the food was full of flavour, highly recommend. Have nothing to fault, we had a perfect stay!

♥️♥️♥️We had an amazing stay! A true heaven of peace facing endless rice fields and with imposing Mount Batur Volcano as background. The villa featured everything we needed and the host was so kind and would arrange any special request we had. The typical Balinese atmosphere and decoration of the villa made us feel so comfortable while being in the middle of nature. The location at 15 min south Ubud made it easy to reach both airport and city center. We are looking forward to coming back.♥️♥️♥️

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200.000
• Maximum 12 people
• 2 extra beds available with an additional cost of IDR 365.000 / night / bed
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1.000.000 / person in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to items in the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables

• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
