It’s clean with both indoor and outdoor bathrooms at each room. The villa is very spacious. Arista was our host and very supportive. She responded with immediate solutions for every need of mine. Her crew including Budi, Dode, Joy, Sidhi, Wayan came to help us with luggage during check in/out. We forgot our stuff there and Arista wasn’t hesitate to support post check-out. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200.000
• Maximum 12 people
• 2 extra beds available with an additional cost of IDR 365.000 / night / bed
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1.000.000 / person in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the rooms. Please smoke outside
• No parties or events allowed
• Keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM
• If there is damage to items in the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables

• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
