Mohamad
One of the best places I have ever stayed in. We stayed a group of 5 and we made full use of the pool, the slide and the games room. Also, The restaurant infront of the villa offers great food and just a few steps away! 100% would recommend this villa.

We stayed at this Villa for a week. It was a magical spot and the pictures don’t do it justice. It was amazing! We highly recommend it, especially as it is a quick 10 minute walk from all the craziness in central Ubud. We loved it! Suksma! 🙏

This Villa was so amazing. The experience was way better than our expectations. The villa was neat and tidy as it appears in the photos. The water slide was the highlight of the villa. The kids spent more time in the pool then the actual house. The bedrooms were spacious with ensuite to each room.
Our host ‘D’ was very polite and nice. He was always available to our requests and went out of his way to help organise for one of the kids birthday. The staff also helped us with food shopping.
The in villa breakfast by the chef and the floating breakfast was amazing.
We will definitely be looking to come back to this villa next year.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000
• Maximum 12 people
• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to items in the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables

• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
