Amazing place. Felt magical. Oka, the villa staff was super responsive and respectful. He and his team were amazing and every step along the way went smoothly. Sunsets here are beautiful. Amazing pool. Perfect for friends and families. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

A great place and a great host. Every communication was proactive from their end, right from airport pick up, having motorbikes ready for us when we arrived, and addressing petite issues we had with the villa on day 1. Will most certainly love to come back to this place.
You will need a motorbike for easy commute to Ubud city centre as it is about 15 mins away and this area prohibits GRAB/GOJEK services.

Beautiful property. Safe. Kadek met us at check in and check out. Very easy to communicate with staff about anything we needed via messaging. Coordinating villa chef services and massages easily for us. Laundry turn around time overnight. We were worried about insects since it’s right next to rice terraces but that wasn’t an issue at all. The pool was lovely. It was six of us traveling and we each had our own air conditioned room and bathrooms which was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000

• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.

• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to items in the villa, the tenant will be charged
