We stayed at this beautiful villa for a family holiday. The house itself is quite charming with a lovely structure and potential to be a fantastic retreat. However, it’s clear that maintenance hasn’t been a priority. Some areas felt a bit neglected, and the kitchen was quite poorly equipped, making it difficult to cook proper meals. The outdoor space and layout make it a decent option for a quiet family getaway, but it is quite far from everything. The location is not very convenient—especially if you hit traffic, which can easily turn into a 45-minute wait just to get out or back in. Overall, it’s a nice place to relax if you’re planning to stay mostly at the villa, but be prepared for the downsides in terms of maintenance, amenities, and accessibility

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000

• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to items in the villa, the tenant will be charged

• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
