This Villa was a slice of heaven! Vina and her team were amazing with prompt and kind communication from check in/out, laundry, in Villa massages (for 11 people!), and any other questions we had. The 2 grocery stores (with cafe food!) right down the street were amazing for our group of three families with 5 kids ages 10-13. The basic toiletries and complimentary umbrellas (that we used over half of the trip) were great. The location is SO peaceful bc it’s 20 min ish removed from the main ‘downtown’ area… but remember , you’re basically in the rainforest type setting. We would def come back here!!

It was such a beautiful stay here at this Villa and we felt right at home. We had our own private spaces just as we needed it, and a comfortable space for gatherings in the common areas. Fully furnished and very clean space - the outdoor showers were a nice addition too! Loved our stay here, and Vina was of fantastic help despite our last minute requests. She made perfect arrangements and was very efficient too. Definitely recommend this stay!

Of all the places I have travelled in the last 15 years, this villa is outright the best!!! it looks way better than the photos.
Location. it's about 20-25 mins away from the centre of Ubud town and is tucked away in lush green surroundings. this is a place to just relax and absorb the whole atmosphere. there are two big supermarkets right down the lane.
the property. just brilliant. it's modern and houses 6 similar size bedrooms (3 double beds+ 3 twin beds). the central open space has this expanse of water with an island for dining. the bedrooms are lined up next to each other around the central space. there's a gym and a large play area for kids. one side opens up to trees and greenery. feels like being one with nature. there's open kitchen, additional dining area and a lounge with TV.
the host was super responsive and catered to whatever little requirements we had. even got breakfast made by chef the last day.
overall-best stay ever. wish we could stay longer.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200.000
• Maximum 12 people
• 2 extra beds available with an additional cost of IDR 365.000 / night / bed
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1.000.000 / person in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged
