Our two families had an amazing stay. Our villa manager was amazing. Took care of all the request with a smile. Villa is beautiful. Getting there with a big car can be challenging. But we rented scooters and we had no issues as it was only 5 mins from the main road. Villa is better than the pictures. Everything is new and clean.

I came with my friends from Dubai and it was our first visit and we enjoyed the pool and the breakfast service provided by the chef who is present in the villa upon request and I thank Kii for his warm welcome and he was always present. Thanks alot guys.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000
• Maximum 10 people
• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.
• No parties or events allowed.
• Keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables
• Tenants are responsible for their own safety while in the villa
• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
• Prostitution is not permitted in the villa
