Our stay was absolutely magical—peaceful, luxurious, and beautifully connected to nature. The villa’s open-air design, stunning jungle views, and infinity pool made it feel like a private retreat, and every detail was thoughtfully curated. A special thank you to Pande Kadek, our incredible host, who went above and beyond to make our stay effortless—arranging transport, floating breakfasts, in-villa massages, and more with kindness and care. The location is just far enough from Ubud center to feel secluded but still close to everything we needed. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of coming back. I love the place; it looks exactly the same as the photos shown. This villa is great for a group of friends. We really enjoyed our time there, and it’s very relaxing to take in the scenery. They also provided a rack for us to dry our swimwear outside the room.
A van can come into the housing area to pick us up when we want to check out, and it's convenient to get a Grab to the Ubud market, but traffic should be considered when heading out.
Besides that, the host is very friendly and kind, allowing us to check out at midnight. The host is also very responsive and replies immediately when we have queries.

We had a great experience during our 3 day stay. As a group of 12 person we had a comfortable stay at the Villa. Nice pool, clean rooms, huge kitchen, living room was very spacious. Love also the design and decor of the Villa.
Many thanks to Pande the Villa caretaker who was always in touch for any concerns and quick response. He also arranged a massage service during our stay which was a big plus.

We, family of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids), had a fantastic stay at this villa. Private, clean, secure, relaxed - just gorgeous. Great location: 15 mins walk from decent coffee place and little shops to get your basic groceries.
Highly recommend. Villa itself is beautiful, spacious and has everything you may need. The sunsets over the jungle and rice fields were epic. Unforgettable stay!

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000
• Maximum 10 people
• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the rooms. Please smoke outside
• No parties or events allowed
• Keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables
• Tenants are responsible for their own safety while in the villa area
• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
• Prostitution is not permitted in the villa
• Recording nudity or creating pornographic content in the villa area is not permitted​
