Our stay was amazing! The villa is absolutely stunning and Dewa was a wonderful host - he was so helpful and accomodating and made our stay so enjoyable with attention to detail and going the extra mile for our sons birthday - even providing a cake and singing happy birthday 😁 location was great. Loved and enjoyed out stay at the villa. hosts & team were very friendly & helpful. welcomed us at the door with welcome drinks, helped carry our bags in & did the same during check out... very helpful & prompt answering queries etc when needed.. will definitely stay again!!

Highly recommend for a group of people, the pool is incredible and the way the house is set out it feels private with each guest getting there own space. Great location, supermarket close by. Narrow roads to get into property but we had no problem with any of our cars or picks up not being able to find us. Beautiful view from the villa. Dewa the host was incredible and made our stay easy and was really helpful and responsive to any messages sent during our stay. Would recommend to any friend and family and the price for the quality is amazing

We had the most magical stay! Such a beautiful peaceful environment. Alfred and his team communicated effectively and helped with any requests that we had. All the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. I would highly recommend this house if you want to be near town but also want some peace and quiet!

The drive to the property was very narrow. We did struggle to get there, especially because we had a big car.
once we entered the property, the drive was forgotten. the entire property was beautiful. The pool overlooking the rice field with water features, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms.
The staff were extremely friendly and do a wonderful job keeping the property pristine.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000
• Maximum 10 people
• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the rooms. Please smoke outside
• No parties or events allowed
• Keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged for the cost
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables
• Tenants are responsible for their own safety while in the villa area
• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
• Prostitution is not permitted in the villa
