We had an excellent stay in this villa ! The welcome was warm and very professional - the host was available, responsive and really attentive. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The location is also ideal, close to everything but quiet. I highly recommend this address and won't hesitate to come back!

The villa is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The pool is huge, clean, and just the right temperature. The place is spotless and we never saw a single mosquito! The area is quiet and peaceful but still walkable to shops and restaurants, and it's easy to order a Grab car to go anywhere.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000
• Maximum 10 people
• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the rooms. Please smoke outside

• Keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged for the cost
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables

• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
• Prostitution is not permitted in the villa
