I booked this villa for a birthday celebration for my friends and everything was perfect! The villa looked exactly like the photos and description, Agus was amazing with the check in and out process and tended to our needs spectacularly.
The villa was beautiful and peaceful, I would totally recommend it to everyone who is looking to get away from the buzz of Canggu or Seminyak. Pristine furnishings and a wonderful pool, what more can you ask for?!

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000
• Maximum 10 people
• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the rooms. Please smoke outside
• No parties or events allowed
• Keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables
• Tenants are responsible for their own safety while in the villa
• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
• Prostitution is not permitted in the villa
• Recording nudity or creating pornographic content in the villa area is not permitted​
