This was the best villa stay I’ve ever had. Prayatu and his team are responsive, professional, genuinely kind, and go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. The villa is stunning, overlooking beautiful rice fields. The pool is crystal clear, the grounds are immaculate, and despite the natural surroundings, we had virtually no bugs. Our rooms and common areas were spotless every day. Breakfast prepared by the staff was excellent, and the floating breakfast was a memorable experience. We also booked an Indonesian BBQ prepared by the villa’s chef: delicious, authentic, and incredibly generous portions. Laundry service was affordable, fast, and impeccable. The villa also offers excellent Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, quality linens, great air conditioning, and beautiful indoor-outdoor showers with complete privacy. Every detail is thoughtfully managed. When we return to Bali, there’s no question - we’ll be staying again. It has set a new standard for hospitality

The privacy of the house is very good, very close to nature. Adi's service is particularly good, always very warm and considerate.Although he was not during working hours, he answered our questions in time and met our needs. The floating breakfast is delicious and is made by the chef with his own ingredients. The room is very clean and tidy, the environment is very comfortable, we slept very well. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it is convenient to cook for yourself if you are hungry at night. Thank you very much for Adi's service, it made us feel very warm.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200.000
• Maximum 8 people
• 2 extra beds available with an additional cost of IDR 365.000 / night / bed
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1.000.000 / person in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.

• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
