The villa is truly beautiful, modern and new, with a magnificent view over the rice fields. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet and perfect for truly relaxing. The staff takes very good care of you and makes you feel welcome right away. There was cleaning every day, and there was a nice breakfast ready for us daily. One person from our group thought the bed was a bit on the hard side, but the staff really did their best to make this as comfortable as possible. All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this villa.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this villa, and a big part of that was thanks to Widdi, the villa host. From the moment we arrived, Widdi was extremely professional and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was taken care of. The hospitality was truly outstanding—warm, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout. Widdi went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Communication was also seamless, as Widdi has a very good command of English. This made it easy to ask questions, get recommendations, and coordinate anything during our stay without any confusion. Overall, this villa is a fantastic place to stay, made even better by such excellent hosting. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway.

It's a little south of downtown Ubud, but the view is great and the accommodation itself is so pretty. The best advantage is that there is an air conditioner in the living room. When the door was closed, it was free from insects and bugs, and the view of the pool was also nice. I recommend it.

Host is very helpful and professional. location wise the entrance is a small unpaved road behind a pura, so you wont be able to enter or leave during traditional ceremony. Located nearby the paddy fields is good but be aware for occasional farmer activities such burning the dry left over(cause lots of smokes).

This place is amazing!!! It was pristine. 3 adults and 4 kids and it was the best villa we have ever stayed in. Beds and pillows were comfy, great pool. Had board games for the kids. Obi was a great host and cooked a lovely breakfast. Great restaurant 280m up the road. 15 mins without traffic to the centre of Ubud. Worth the taxi ride!!! Couldn’t fault the place. Will definitely be going back.

We had a wonderful stay. The heated pool was beautiful, as were the four very spacious and comfortable bedrooms and the lovely bathroom. We were seven adults and felt very comfortable with plenty of space to relax. Obi was incredibly hospitable and responsive. We had no worries about cleanliness because she was very helpful. Obi was always ready to provide us with excellent breakfasts and handle everything promptly. We've been to many villas, but this was one of the cleanest and tidiest. We thoroughly enjoyed our four days at the villa and are very grateful for everything you did!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We were so sad to leave this beautiful villa. The views were breathtaking, the bedrooms were very modern and private and the showers were top tier. The staff were the most kind hearted and friendly people we have ever met. They went above and beyond to organise our breakfast, transportation and even activities. • Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200.000
• Maximum 8 people
• 2 extra beds available with an additional cost of IDR 365.000 / night / bed
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1.000.000 / person in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to items in the villa, the tenant will be charged
