What an incredible property it is, the host was very nice and always attentive, when we had an issue with light, even in heavy rain he sent assistants to help us. The place has spectacular views. Rooms were clean and nice everyday. Romiani was very helpful whenever we need some help. Overall we had very good experience staying at this villa. Will definitely recommend.

As in the photos, the villa is beautiful and thoughtfully designed to ensure a very comfortable stay. For me, the pool and the view was a highlight of the stay. The water temperature was perfect and it was extremely well maintained.
Everything in the house was clean and well taken care of, the team was always available, yet discreet and friendly!
Peaceful surroundings and all the amenities made it very easy to retreat, away from the noise and hectic life of Ubud centre.
It was truly a pleasure to stay there!

The place was truly beautiful. A wonderful villa and the location is very safe. The maid was cheerful, polite, and very helpful. Mrs. Roumiani was extremely courteous. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000
• Maximum 8 people
• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the rooms. Please smoke outside
• No parties or events allowed
• Keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM
• If there is damage to items in the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables

• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
• Prostitution is not permitted in the villa
• Recording nudity or creating pornographic content in the villa area is not permitted​
