Villa nya bagus, terutama pemandangan sawah benar benar sesuai sama yang ada di foto. Ruangannya bersih, kamar mandi bersih dan wangi, peralatan masak lengkap jadi enak kalo mau staycation lama disini. Waktu check-in disambut sama beberapa staff dan pak agus sangat ramah dan helpful. Lokasi villa strategis dekat ke tempat iconic Ubud, tapi jalan masuk menuju ke villa sangat sempit, sangat nge pas cuma buat 1 mobil kecil. Sebaiknya kalo nginep disini bawa motor aja. Overall villa ini sangat recommended

A beautiful villa that is open to the rice paddies as the photos show. Very quiet location but GoJek always arrive within about 5 mins so no problem getting anywhere. Large pool and spotless everything. The host (AGUS) was so responsive and always more than happy to help organise anything like shopping or ice or anything else. A great stay for people who want to be away from the hustle and bustle.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000

• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.

• If there is damage to items in the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables

• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
