The villa is superb really love it so much. The place is the same as pictured. The view is fantastic. The place is a bit far from ubud center but if you have a motorbike it should be alright. The pool is really nice especially at night with the lighting. Yande the caretaker is helpful and arranged for our motorbike rental. Highly recommended villa

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200.000
• Maximum 8 people
• 2 extra beds available with an additional cost of IDR 365.000 / night / bed
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1.000.000 / person in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to items in the villa, the tenant will be charged
