Cozy and nice for a group of friends. private rooms and bathrooms. common toilet in the living room is good as we don't have to climb up the stairs. pool is clean. towels are provided beside the pool for convenience.

Group of 6 stayed here and it was AMAZING!!!! Our transportation was set up for us through the Villa as well as in house massages, chef services and activities.
We came to celebrate my wife’s 40th bday and thought I only mentioned it when booking decorations and the floral bath they surprised her with a mini bday cake and card. What an amazing touch.
We all can’t wait to return and we’ve only been gone 10hrs ago .

Amazing and spacious villa, very clean with friendly and effective cleaners. Beautiful villa with very nice bathrooms, comfortable beds and great air con. Fresh towels daily and we highly recommend the floating breakfast for great food and a lovely experience. Thank you very much for everything, our group of 7 had the best time in this Vila!

We had an excellent stay here! The location is right in the heart of Seminyak and just a 10-minute walk from La Favela. There was a daily housekeeping service and the host was responsive. The house itself is clean and charming. We'll definitely be returning!

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000
• Maximum 8 people
• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to items in the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables

• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
