The villa looks just like the pictures but what I’m mostly impressed about is the quality of the service. We were never without help!
Ketut was a superb host and welcomed us into our home very warmly. Gun managed to work around our hours for housekeeping and was extremely friendly. Most importantly, Wira was the best driver & friend that our team could ask for! He will be missed. This villa was perfect, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you!

The host is so responsive. There’s a security 24/7 too, so it’s easier to ask for a help if we need something . Feels like home.
In front of the Villa there’s a delicious coffee shop too, and good food for breakfast.

Place was clean, host was responsive, and very helpful with answering my questions. The massage services directly to the villa was really good as well, fast and efficient. Two 24h convenience stores nearby as well, about 1-2minutes walking distance. Lovely place, would definitely come back again to stay in the future!

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000
• Maximum 8 people
• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged for the cost
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables
• Tenants are responsible for their own safety while in the villa area
• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
• Prostitution is not permitted in the villa
• Recording nudity or creating pornographic content in the villa area is not permitted​
