We loved our stay! The place was very private and quiet, down a small laneway just off the main street in Berawa.
We had a great view of the rice field and the breeze was extremely fresh during this time of year - we barely used the AC in the living areas! The room and amenities were all new and fresh, making the stay really comfortable.
There is also a lovely little cafe just around the corner to get your morning coffee and smoothie fix. The service was lovely with someone on site to help out with whatever little things we needed. A lovely spot to base yourself if you’re looking to scooter around Canggu and Berawa!

This villa is just perfect! This villa is new and truly impressive. The strategic location made it easy for us to reach restaurants and the beach, but once inside the villa, it felt so peaceful and the rice field view from the pool deck is sooo relaxing. The staff was helpful.. car porch can fit 2 cars 🙂

• All rent payment and 20% security deposit (from monthly rate) must be paid upfront before we hand the keys (refundable upon check out)

• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the rooms. Please smoke outside
• No parties or events allowed
• Keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables
• Tenants are responsible for their own safety while in the villa
• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
• Prostitution is not permitted in the villa
• Recording nudity or creating pornographic content in the villa area is not permitted
• Gambling is not permitted in the villa
• Providing ID card/driver's license/passport
