This was a very nice villa - It is in very good shape and they actually tried to welcome you and take care of your needs. The Pool is awesome. The location is next to a road but honestly it didnt bother us much. However, the "location" is not ideal which is why the overall 4 stars - it was a bit to get to the main street for dining options (or use grab which had some challenges).

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out time: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Maximum 6 people
• No smoking inside the room, please smoke outside
• Guests must maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• Pets are not allowed without prior notification to Property Management (Security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply)
• No parties or events allowed
• If any items in the villa are damaged, the tenant will be charged for the cost
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables
• Tenants are responsible for their own safety while in the villa area
• No loud music or noise allowed
