We loved our time here. Gorgeous view of the rice paddy’s. Beautiful pool and deck. The house was very clean and looked like the photos. Comfortable beds and linens. Gun was amazing to work with and was very responsive to any questions. We had a chef come in one morning and make a delicious breakfast. We had no issues with bugs. We also hired transport though the villa as the road to get there is a bit narrow which the told us in advance. Highly recommend.

Loved this stay! Large, spacious villa. Isolated from the main road noise but still very close to Ubur center and main attractions. Some super nice restaurants around - like The Sayan House!!!
The staff is great, pool is large and clean - everything was nice. There are two bedrooms on the top (3rd floor) and one bedroom on the ground (1st floor) by the pool. The only minor disadvantage is that the villa is quite echoe in the common open space. We has to be quite careful with the noise when the baby was sleeping, but other than that - ideal!

• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000

• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
