Amazing host and villa. We had a great time. Villa is located in a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of city traffic. Easy access to the local shops about a 5 min drive from city center so very convenient location. Villa was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. June was super helpful and responded to our request efficiently. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely recommend to family and friends!

We spent 5 days with my family and everything was perfect.
We arrived very late at night and they helped us with the transfer from the airport to the house. When we arrived at the Ferri house, he greeted us with a smile and explained everything.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000

• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the rooms. Please smoke outside
• No parties or events allowed
• Keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables
• Tenants are responsible for their own safety while in the villa
• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
• Prostitution is not permitted in the villa
• Recording nudity or creating pornographic content in the villa area is not permitted​
