The house was great. Beautiful view of the rice field. The only comment would be that the outside seating area is not fully covered. If it rains( it rains all the time) there is no dry area outside to sit. There is an air conditioned inside living room which is nice.

Absolutely perfect place to stay! The villa is new, just like the pictures. The three-story pool is absolutely amazing. We had full privacy at the villa. The sounds from the jungle was an experience in combination with the beautiful rice fields. The host was great, very kind, helpful, and responsive. He was always helpful with everything we needed. I definitely recommend trying a massage in the comfort of the villa and also a great breakfast ! I recommend this place to anyone! 🤗👌🏼

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000
• Maximum 6 people
• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the rooms. Please smoke outside
• No parties or events allowed
• Keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables

• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
• Prostitution is not permitted in the villa
• Recording nudity or creating pornographic content in the villa area is not permitted​
