This is one of the best villa I ever stayed in Bali. The villa is beautiful and clean. The street is a bit too small but our drivers are amazing. Kardi is very helpful and responsive. I can say I have a luxury experience. Definitely going to book this place again when I go back to Bali. Highly recommend it!!!

We had a really good stay, we liked that instead of the cleaners just walking into the villa like our other villas they would message me each morning and ask when it was ok to come and clean, this gave us extra privacy as a family which we appreciated.
We hired a scooter which the hosts organised for us, the road is very hard for a car but a lot of roads in Ubud are like that. So if you can get a scooter.
It’s about 10 minutes to good restaurants and supermarket via scooter.
The villa was just like the photos.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200.000
• Maximum 6 people
• 2 extra beds available with an additional cost of IDR 365.000 / night / bed
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1.000.000 / person in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged

• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
