Absolutely stunning location! The place is just like the photos or even better. The house is overlooking the jungle and every window you look out of looks just like a painting! The house is extremely clean, feels luxurious and new. The location, 15 minute drive from Ubud, is very peaceful and relaxing. Although remote, there's a cafe just 200 meters from the house where you can get all types of breakfast/lunch and coffee. Honestly the place is just a complete treasure! Highly recommend and would definitely return.

The place is exceptional! My family and I love it, with spacious toilets, kitchen and also a pretty pool. The host welcomed us with welcome drinks and also clear introduction of the place for us. Quiet neighbourhood and the place is also as clean as described. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful villa with professional host! Very responsive and helpful with our requests including in-villa massage and local driver. Fully equipped kitchen - where our floating breakfast was prepared. Pool area is not huge but spacious enough for 5 to 6 guests. Villa is quite clean and well-maintained with minimal signs of wearing out. All in all, a very pleasant 2-night stay slightly away from the centre of Ubud!

Lovely house, modern and with beautiful surroundings for a peaceful stay. All amenities needed. Our kids enjoyed a lot and the host was always available. The housekeeping team was amazing and did a great job.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000
• Maximum 6 people
• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the rooms. Please smoke outside
• No parties or events allowed
• Keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables
• Tenants are responsible for their own safety while in the villa
• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
• Prostitution is not permitted in the Villa
• Recording nudity or creating pornographic content in the Villa area is not permitted​
