Where do I start! This was by far the best holiday experience I have had! Our house manager was Ayu and she was nothing short of amazing. She was very attentive, friendly and professional. She kept in good contact and was extremely helpful. The rest of her staff were also very efficient. The villa its self was absolutely gorgeous and even better in person. Extremely clean and spacious and in a great location. Super easy to get into the centre of Ubud but away from the business of it. If you are looking for a place to stay that is comfortable. Affordable and luxurious look no further! I could not recommend the villa, Ayu and her staff anymore. It was a trip I would never forget!!!

We recently stayed as a family of five, and it was truly an unforgettable experience.
The villa itself was stunning – spacious, good designed, and fully equipped to cater to our family’s needs. Each of the three bedrooms was comfortable and private, ensuring everyone had their own space to unwind. The living areas were open and airy, with plenty of room for us to gather, and enjoy quality time together.
The outdoor space was a highlight, with a beautiful pool . We spent hours each day swimming, and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. The villa’s location was good for us as the surrounding was quiet. It wasn’t really in the central of Ubud but it was ok for us.
Thanks to Ayu(Villa host) and her teams for making our stay very comfortable and easy. One thing that wasn’t so good for us was the cooking pot a bit small. One size bigger would have been perfect.
If you are looking fo a quiet and private place, this villa is the perfect choice.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200.000
• Maximum 6 people
• 2 extra beds available with an additional cost of IDR 365.000 / night / bed
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1.000.000 / person in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the rooms. Please smoke outside

• Keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged
