We had the best stay in our villa! It was beautiful and private, and we had no issues getting around once we were there. Our host was so helpful and super quick to respond to any of our questions/requests. We felt right at home and would stay again if we come back! Ubud is beautiful and our host made our experience all the better by providing us the best service. 10 out of 10!!

Place was very nice and clean, however very far from shops/amenities. A fair distance from restaurants/minimarts etc. Other than that, lovely place to stay at and pool was amazing and very clean.

This place is absolutely breath-taking. Quiet and comfortable. Spacious. Extremely clean. Away from all the hustle and bustle of central Ubud. It is a 20min drive to the centre. If you don't mind being away from all the action, then this place is for you. This place is set in the suburban area of Ubud and is peaceful. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Great space to relax and enjoy the property. Kids really enjoyed having a space away from the adults in the seperate bedrooms.
The pool was beautiful and made for great days relaxing.
Agus was very quick to communicate and checked in daily.
Cleaning team were excellent and kept the house beautifully clean.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000
• Maximum 6 people
• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables

• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
• Prostitution is not permitted in the villa
