Friendly staff, comfy beds, the breakfast included was great and included fresh pastries from the on-site bakery, which were lovely. We always got plenty of towels, water and the pools were very clean. They offered kids massages at the spa, and whilst not cheap, both of our kids said it was a holiday highlight. It's very out of the way, so not ideal if you want to shop etc but we didn't get hassled for anything, which was perfect! We'd been to Ubud and Nusa Penida exploring a lot so we wanted 4 nights of relaxing, enjoying the climate and being in one spot and this was 10/10 for that.​
