We had a great stay despite the rainy weather!
Our host was super helpful and very responsive. We also had the help of our housekeeper who was so polite and I can not thank him enough!!
As mentioned, the place could do with a little maintenance but overall it is very clean, spacious, value for money and close to lots of nice restaurants.

Staying at this villa was absolutely amazing! The villa was even better than the photos, lots of space, amazing size rooms, great pool and a perfect size villa for a family. The service and staff were fantastic, very accommodating and friendly. The location was very central, in walking distance to everything you needed. I couldn’t recommend this villa enough, We will be back😊

This is a perfect place to stay if you're in Bali with your friends. Location is strategic, easy to find and most importantly the host is responsive. The space itself is spacious and bedrooms are relatively clean! Only small caveats are a few lights are not functioning well, floor on the ground floor tends to get dusty due the villa's open concept and low water pressure in the bathrooms. But overall, this is a great villa!

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000
• Maximum 6 people
• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables
• Tenants are responsible for their own safety while in the villa
• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
• Prostitution is not permitted in the villa
• Recording nudity or creating pornographic content in the villa area is not permitted​
