We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa!😍The space was spacious, clean and we loved how private if felt. The space looks like it’s brand new. The living room with the sunken sofa was definitely a wow factor, and we spent most of our time chilling by the pool. We didn’t feel like cooking so went to try the restaurants closeby -about 2 minutes by foot- and they were perfect as well. Thanks again for the lovely stay! Hope to come back soon🙏

The villa is beautiful, my partner and another couple stayed and it was perfect for the 4 of us.
The communication was great and someone always checked every day if we wanted the villa to be cleaned.
It is a bit tricky to find and construction surrounding the areas however I think you’ll find that everywhere.
We hired scooters so it wasn’t hard for us to get anywhere.

Absolutely love this Villa, everything like it shows in the photos, quick 10 minute scooter ride up the hill to restaurants and cafes, Ulu gym was just around the corner.
Very friendly and quick response to any questions we had..
Construction happening around the place which we don’t mind at all, rough/muddy road coming into villa was pretty sketchy on scooter, but we had fun.
All that aside I would 100% stay in there again!

Our stay was great, the villa is very new and was absolutely spotless. The host was very good, with clear communication and instructions.
We are a family of 4 with two small kids, they managed to provide us with a cot with a third party company at an extra cost but it was there when we arrived late at night, which was extremely handy.
There was a couple of times the water stopped working but this was sorted straight away.
Bit of construction going on close by but everywhere here has construction going on around this area, it didn’t bother us too much as we were out quite a bit.
The cleaner came everyday which was great as having two kids the place can get messy quick!
Overall loved our stay and would highly recommend this villa.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000

• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables
• Tenants are responsible for their own safety while in the villa area
• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
• Prostitution is not permitted in the villa
