We had the best time at the villa. The location is a bit away from the city center, but it’s in a very beautiful area with an amazing view of the greenery. The furnishings and rooms have everything you need for a comfortable long stay, and the pool was just incredible. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Absolutely beautiful Villa, looked exactly the same as photos! I told Tina it was my partners birthday whilst we were there and Tina and her team went above and beyond to make our arrival special for him by providing a cake and singing happy birthday! Such a lovely little touch. Tina was always on hand to answer any questions/recommendations we asked! all though there was a villa being built next door, it didn’t cause us any problems at all during the day whilst in the villa! Overall, an incredible stay - thank you again to Tina and her team :)

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000
• Maximum 4 people
• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables

• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
• Prostitution is not permitted in the villa
