Very beautiful villa! Nice pool, very clean! The villa is in the middle of rice fields which is very nice. The area is private and quiet. You definitely need a scooter or a taxi to get to ubud center but the host helps to organize one if you like. Also, the host offers many other things like a private cook or yoga classes. We loved it and would definitely recommend it!!

Excellent place! Villa is beautiful with private pool and surrounded by rice fields.
Host is super friendly and nice.
It was peaceful stay and we enjoyed a lot.
Villa has a TV with Netflix, etc and has a boom box so that you can enjoy and have your own pool party.
It’s totally worth if you are planning to come to Ubud.

Villa Lupayu is situated right smack in the rice fields and it was an amazing experience getting up to the beautiful scenery of the rice fields.
The road to the villa is accessible by car and we got dropped off right at our door step.
We will definitely return to this villa.

Really beautiful Villa in the middle of the ricefields. Also very quiet at night if u want to get a break from busy Ubud.
We rented 2 motorbikes to get around, as it‘s a little more outside sometimes the drives can be a bit long but it was fine.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000
• Maximum 4 people
• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the rooms. Please smoke outside
• No parties or events allowed
• Keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables
• Tenants are responsible for their own safety while in the villa area
• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
• Prostitution is not permitted in the villa
