Our recently stay in this villa was nothing short of five star, it was placed just outside of town enough that you got that tranquility but close enough to get to and from town.
The place itself was very well kept and the villa staff AMAZING.
We are looking to come back sometime soon.

Incredible! I looked far and wide for the perfect spot in Ubud overlooking rice fields as you wake up and lounge in the pool, away from the hustle and bustle but still very close to the center to access shops and restaurants. Wonderful staff and host! Just like the photos. 10/10 stay here!! We also hired the chef for breakfast and a local dinner, LOVED. Thank you!!

Stunning property, relaxing surrounds, gorgeous pool, great communication and local assistance from host Pebry, felt like royalty staying at this villa, only downside was the narrow driveway, however all Balinese drivers seem to deal with it just fine. Will absolutely stay here again! Was sad to leave!

The place is amazing, So relaxing I would really recommend this place in Ubud. And also it is best if you come from a long haul flight to stay in Ubud first for few days to relax. then go to Canggu to explore the island even more.
Our host was Pebry she is the best. She did Everything for us. Booked us a massage and a private chef as well. I even lost my EarPods in the villa and she deliver it to me to Canggu.

Absolutely stunning place to stay. Loved the outlook onto the rice fields. We used the recommended chefs for a floating breakfast and an amazing Balinese BBQ which made the stay even more memorable. Only down side was we didn't stay long enough. Our family would love to come and visit for longer next time. Pedri was super responsive to my many questions before and during our stay

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200,000

• 2 extra beds available
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1,000,000 in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to the villa, the tenant will be charged
• Tenants are responsible for their own valuables
• Tenants are responsible for their own safety while in the villa area
• Playing loud music and making noise is not permitted
• Bringing illegal drugs or narcotics is not permitted
• Bringing sharp weapons or firearms is not permitted
• Prostitution is not permitted in the villa
