Ulit was the staff that met us at the property. Very clean accommodation, a relaxing place, and a very responsive and attentive staff! We felt very comfortable in this beautiful villa! The only slight drawback is that the address doesn't exist on Grab/Gojek, so it's difficult to order taxis and get deliveries if needed. Other than that, it was great! ✨

The villa is absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. It is quietly nestled in a small residential area, 12 minutes from the center by taxi. The team was incredibly helpful and friendly. We ordered breakfast directly from the villa, which offers very attractive and affordable services. It was a real pleasure, and we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect stay! The villa is beautiful, very well maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was impeccable, whether it was the comfort, the amenities, or the cleanliness; the cleaning was flawless. But what really made the difference was the staff. Incredibly kind, always smiling, available, and impressively quick to respond to the slightest request. Their attention and professionalism clearly took our stay to another level. Without them, the experience would simply not have been the same. We recommend eyes closed and will be happy to come back!

The villa is new and it is exactly as shown in the pictures - clean, comfortable and the staff were very helpful in booking massages etc. Couple of things to note though - the living room is not air-conditioned so it can get hot despite 2 ceiling fans. The area is still being developed so there is quite a lot of construction all around which can be occasionally be a little noisy during the day (but bearable) but very dark and deserted at night. I imagine when all the other villas are completed and occupied, it will be lovely. Using google maps will just get you to a dead end as the new access road is not indicated on the map. We ended up walking about 10 mins to get our GRAB because it was very tricky trying to get the drivers to understand how to get to the villa. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance. The laundry shop at the junction is good - new machines and very reasonably priced. Eating options nearby are limited but plentiful a short car ride away.

We were the first guests to stay at the villa and were treated with so much kindness and respect. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The villa was super clean and perfect for what we were looking for. It was a nice stay in Ubud. A little challenging to find the place on googlemaps but thats something they are working on. Make sure you get directions before arriving.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200.000
• Maximum 4 people
• 2 extra beds available with an additional cost of IDR 365.000 / night / bed
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1.000.000 / person in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.

• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to items in the villa, the tenant will be charged
