Very nice villa located about 20 minutes from Ubud by car. The villa matches the description well and is quiet and private! There is beautiful nature all around and a place for breakfast, but not much else. It's easy to order food for home delivery with Grab, though.

We stayed for 4 night, and it's the most satisfying place we have been during the whole trip, the environment is peaceful and breathtaking, the pool is very clean, the location is actually really immaculate, the place is quite and peaceful, yet not too far from the main sights of ubud, and the there is zero traffic jam, so you can actually get to destination even faster than other place located in city centre. The staff is extremely helpful and supportive. truly an amazing experience

Had an amazing stay at the villa in Ubud. It was set in a quiet little area just outside of Ubud only short motor bike / car ride into the main restaurants / shopping in Ubud. The rooms and bathrooms were well layed out, cleand and comfortable, it had a decent sized outdoor area with big pool backing onto a jungle. The staff was outstanding, went well and truly out of his way - even decorated the room and sourced a bouqet of flowers for a mothers day surprise which was awesome. Great value for money, will definitely be back to stay again.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Check-in after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of IDR 200.000
• Maximum 4 people
• 2 extra beds available with an additional cost of IDR 365.000 / night / bed
• A check-in deposit of IDR 1.000.000 / person in cash is required as a guarantee against any damage to the villa. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please smoke outside.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM.
• If there is damage to items in the villa, the tenant will be charged
