It’s a wonderful villa. Is exactly at pictures show. It is 15 or 20 minutes to downtown by taxi. It’s extremely quiet and private. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the main road, but the main road is not walkable. you need to have scooters or use taxi.taxis. It really is an ideal place to stay.

I have never met a more caring, responsive and friendly host of a villa. It felt like we were the most cherished guests! Wonderful, beautiful breakfast, massage, any requests - everything was resolved very quickly and efficiently. The villa is new, beautiful, clean, and cozy. Everything was completely amazing. Our host was the most kind and lovely man we have encountered travelling. He even had a Christmas gift for our child when we arrived on Christmas night. Nothing was an issue and he was always contactable, checked in on us and was there if anything was needed. Location was unbelievable, pool was amazing, long enough for a few morning laps, layout was excellent. The photos do not do the place justice. It is quiet and very relaxing. Aircon in the rooms also very very good. Suka Latte a 5 minute walk down the private road which provided the most amazing breakfasts, lunches and dinners and the coffee is up there with what we get in Australia. Warung Hana an 8 minute walk and also had delicious food. Indomart at the bottom of the street as well. Easy to get transport into the main part of Kuta. I could not recommend highly enough for anyone wanting to stay. Thank you

For starters, Yande is the house host. He was absolutely amazing and very caring throughout our stay. He was always available on Whats-app and responded very quickly. He made himself available to help with everything we had arranged, as well as suggesting other things. He would follow up to make sure massages, breakfast or transportation was as expected. We did the breakfast in the villa each morning and Yande and his team arrived very early to make sure breakfast was on time. Amazing presentation and he really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. As far as the villa, it was great. The two separate rooms kept the couple far enough apart to have privacy when we needed it, but close enough to feel together. Rooms and amenities were as pictured. The road to the villa is very scenic and suitable for a minibus to access. All doors locked, security was observed out on the road at night. No issues or concerns with the property.
